ABOUT ESVAGT

ESVAGT's core service is to provide ‘Safety and Support at Sea’. We support the green transition with our specialised wind vessels, as well as safety for the broad energy sector. We are market leaders, and the level of ambition is high. ESVAGT's fleet consists of 46 vessels. We are a total of approx. 1200 employees, of which 85 work at the main office in Esbjerg.

ABOUT CREWING

CREWING is part of our HR department. CREWING’s main task is to ensure that all ESVAGT vessels are manned in accordance with the laws and regulations applying to the specified vessel and in accordance with client demands.

One of ESVAGT's core services is our personnel and the service we provide to the customer. A large part of the department's focus is therefore on ensuring the right composition on board, of crew and competences, but also to develop the employees on a personal and professional level, making sure that we, on a continuous basis, can live up to the high demands from both the customer, the market and ESVAGT.

ABOUT THE JOB

In the role of Fleet Personnel Officer (FPO), you are part of a team of 6, each responsible for their own vessels and approx. 200 seafarers. You will get a wide network in the company, both in relation to your seafarers, the agencies that we use and the various departments in our office.

The position refers to the Head of Crewing, who is overall responsible for the manning of our vessels.

WE EXPECT YOU…

· To be experienced within planning, either with personnel or resources, preferably from a similar role.

· To act as a sparring partner for our Masters in relation to getting the best team on board and on a day-to-day basis when needed.

· Has in-depth knowledge of certificates, agreements and compliance with applicable requirements and legislation.

· Passionate about visiting our vessels and having a good knowledge of our seafarers, work areas and customer requirements.

· Has a ‘safety-first’ mindset
