OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF SPECIALISED OFFSHORE VESSELS

ABOUT THE JOB

ESVAGT is a dedicated provider of safety and support at sea, founded on an experienced and well-trained crew and unmatched rescue capabilities.

We are now looking for a Fleet Manager to our Ship Management – Operation team, located at our HQ in Esbjerg. The main objectives are to ensure that all 44 vessels are operational 24/7/365 and comply with customers expectations, legal requirements and internal policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assistance and daily operation of Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels (ERRV), Platform Supply Vessels (PSV) and Service Operation Vessels (SOV)
• Establish and maintain good relations with our colleagues at sea
• Continuous development of operational aspects
• Development and update of Risk Assessment, Method statement and other vessel related documentation
• Participate and take role as Company Security Officer, duty watch and 2nd line emergency team
• Participate in various operational tendering processes and client cooperation meetings
• Maritime background as deck officer, optimal with experience in mentioned vessel types
• Team player with highly flexible approach and capacity to work independently when required
• Knowledge within Dynamic Position systems
• Knowledge in lifting standards
• Loyal, analytical, proactive and with a positive attitude
• Collect and analyze of vessel specific data
• Fluent spoken and written skills in Danish and English
• Highly service-minded with commercial focus and understanding
• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Maritime background as deck officer, optimal with experience in mentioned vessel types
